Sharp Releases Electronic Dictionaries with Color Screen

Sharp has rolled out the latest addition to its Papyrus lineup of electronic dictionaries in late August 2005. Using a 4.3-inch, 65,536 TFT display, the new electronic dictionary is embedded with an SD card slot capable of displaying images from DSCs and PCs. Aimed at young learners, the first dictionaries are expected to go on sale on September 7, 2005, with the monthly production volume set to 8,000 units.
